My name's Kevin and I'm a student at UT. I have a passion for traveling and experiencing other cultures. I'm half Iranian but I'm not really in touch with my culture, I regret that. I like to learn about the world - not just governments and cultures, but individual people as well. I like to read about other countries whenever I hear something new about them. Every once in a while I find a great traveler or two on travelpod, constantly read their blogs, and pretend I'm with them. I'm kind of a nerd. I have good intentions, but I don't do as much as I should. I'm majoring in French, which I began studying to impress my French girlfriend when I was 13. We lasted a whole month. I loved her with all my heart... mostly because she bought me a stuffed "horny devil." My mom didn't like her. There's so much I want to study, from Persian to Astronomy. Sometimes I wish I could stay in school forever, or that I could always be 20... but then I realize how cliché and myopic that is. I have a hell of a lot of plans and hopes for the future and, say, about another 60 years to live them out. If I ever end up tied to a job that doesn't let me fulfill my dreams, castrate me. I'm not athletic but I love sports. I'm not musically talented but I love music. If I had an mp3 player, I would listen to music nonstop and probably never talk to you. I like watching movies, reading books, and reading newspapers. I have a big forehead, bushy eyebrows, a skinny body, and a big Persian nose "that doesn't match my curvy lips." Minh makes fun of all the above. I have a habit of starting things and not finishing them. I've created this site to record some of the more (or less) interesting aspects of my life... more for my own benefit than anything else, but maybe you'll find it interesting too. Or maybe you're a stalker.
